The bag was delicately wrapped in protective sheeting and plastic. There was a slight deformation due to the lack of inserts. However, the bag was made with quality materials. I am impressed by how easily the zipper opens and closes. The size is adequate for my daily use.

Although I found the concept for this item to be really flashy and aesthetic, I did have a problem with the mechanics of the strap. As advertised, there is a way to wear the purse as a crossbody and then just as a normal purse. However when I was using it, it was a bit difficult to maneuver the purse from being crossbody to normal without taking a sufficient amount of time to change it. When I did get it to change, I was concerned the latch would slip and the bag would fall. But that was my only qualm with this purse and otherwise the fabric was great and the style was outstanding! ... show more
