This is the fourth pair of these exact shoes (except for color) I have purchased! One in brown, blue, green, and now black. Of course, I LOVE them. I do place arch supports in them, for I have a high arch. They wear beautifully, and I get compliments on them frequently. I’m careful to not wear them in rain or around mud, for I fear what it might do to the suede. However, I got caught in the rain once, but the shoes fared well. True to size! They will break in really nice. I wear a true 9 and these are just a wee bit snug....but not uncomfortably. I like the look with a pair of jeans! Worth the money. I paid,$129. I don't know why they are double that on the site?! I wouldn't pay that much!

Some reviewers mentioned that they fit snug at the toes or ball of your foot. But after a day of breaking them in, they were perfect!!! I love how they feel, they withstand long days and long walks. My feet and tootsies are warm and cozy. They look great with jeans and capris, and I'm sure they'll compliment whatever I feel good in. It has the slightly weathered treatment that I don't have to worry about any scuffs or imperfections that come with the unmarred look of brand new leather boots. The price is high but totally worth it. These are absolute keepers.

After sizing half size up (otherwise the toes would touch the edge) they are super comfortable straight from the box. Walked miles in them, every day, and not a blister. Versatile. I wear them with skirt, dress and pants. Very pretty with their rustic style. Perfect for autumn, but because they are suede and stitched they leak water when raining. In general, excellent shoes. My favorites.

They're adorable with their peasant-look loose ties around my ankle. Yes, some would say they're a bit plain but I like them a lot!
