The media could not be loaded. I took off the resonator that came with cat back exhaust. And straight piped it. Installed a K&N cold air intake. It is ear piercing. I put a decibel reader next to tips. Cold start was 122 decibels. Had to cut a few inches off, exhaust was to long for OEM hangers.

The media could not be loaded. I have a 2019 F150 with the 3.5L EB. In terms of sound, I already knew I wasn’t going to be able to get anything remotely close to a V8. Was considering the Roush exhaust but ended up going with the Borla Atak after reading the reviews. I’ve owned Borla on some other vehicles in the past and knew I could expect a product that’s well built. Installation was fairly straight forward and took me about 2 hours with simple tools (my truck is lifted 6” already which helped). The initial sounds after a cold start was pretty good... a nice burbling. Upon driving, the sound is a little aggressive through the gears and not much drone. It definitely sounds good between the whirls coming from my turbos with my AFE cold air intake. For a 6cyl engine, this is as good as you can get if you want aggressive sound. ... show more
