I didn’t realize this until recently after having our baby, but the Boppy covers that come with the Boppy are 100% polyester. They’re just not a soft or good quality. This one and then I believe there’s another one with rainbows on it are both 100% cotton and super Duper soft. Great value for the money and wash well. The quality is good but it is not exactly what I was looking for. Its isnt really water resistant and doesnt protect the pillow from fluids. Maybe a little but but not completely.
