Absolutely worth it! I originally got this for a desk that I knew wouldn't have a lot of space on it, and it opened up my work area so much. It was so-so for the assembly, just on the nose of difficult with putting on the sliding parts. Unfortunately there is a little gap when putting the two main pieces together, but since I have my keyboard and a little mat over it, it's easy to ignore. Also I understood that it wouldn't work for certain desk types, and got it anyways since I didn't want to have it permanently screwed in, just had to add two little wood pieces to make it work. The sliding function works really well even though it's a little janky when you put it back in place. The quality of the material is also apparent despite being plastic of some sort. It feels really nice having a space solely for my keyboard and mouse, it also puts you back from the computer a bit which is a plus. ... show more

When I received my box it has visibly been one that has been returned or beat up in transit! When I opened it everything appeared to be there except when installing I was missing 3 screws. Other than that a very sturdy piece and assembly was easy. If you had all the pieces you need.
