I was a little concerned about the "faux leather" since I planned on putting it on a counter in the bathroom and was worried about moisture. The covering as you can see makes it look more like stone but it has a shiny plastic surface, so I don't believe water or moisture will be an issue, although it may leak in the seams of the cover. It's easy to assemble and you can easily hang it on a wall if that works for you better. Nice to get some of the cosmetics off the counter and I don't have to worry about a leaking bottle of who-knows-what staining the counter. ... show more

The 2 tier faux leather organizer works well for what it's marketed to do. It looks nice from a distance but close up I feel it's inexpensive looking. That being said the faux marble material is waterproof which makes it usable in multiple places and easy to clean. It's frame is sturdy with easy assembly. While I didn’t actually expect this to be either marble or leather I did expect it to be durable for bathroom use. Straight out of the box before even putting it together I noted damage. I’m including a photo with the damage circled. The “faux leather” marble feels like it’s shelf liner on top of very thin cardboard. It doesn’t seem like it would hold up well to bathroom use with water splashing around and liquid products storage like moisturizer and serums and contact lens solution, etc. especially given that there are holes in the material right out of the box. This might work for a one time use display for an event but I can’t imagine it would withstand daily bathroom use. ... show more
