I have received this kit. I have an arch and LOVE doing themes for each holiday. I have not setup yet but will when closer to Halloween party. I am impressed with the bright colors of the balloons!

The Halloween Balloon Kit is great! The colors of the balloons are festive and fun. I love the addition of the bat and spider and BOO balloons. The big black spider in the pictures is not included which is a bummer. The balloons are good quality and easy to blow up with a balloon pump. The kit also comes with the arch tape for connecting the pieces together. Overall, I love the look and it was perfect for the Halloween party that we had at church for the children.
