High quality, pure honey in an easy to open plastic 1 x 4 inch pouch. These are the same honey pouches offered with room service at fine hotels. Nice product.

Please read if your honey arrives partially or fully crystalized!
My order came yesterday with an "expiration date" 4 months from now. All of the packets were 60% fluid/40% crystals. Here is the deal with honey: 1) Honey NEVER expires. It will lose moisture and it will crystalize, and even become completely solid/crystalized, but all of this is reversible. 2) When honey partially or completely crystalizes place the container of honey (assuming it is glass or foil packets), or place the crystalized honey in a glass container then, into very hot water for 30 min or more (the honey is only warmed by the water it NEVER TOUCHES the hot water - like a double boiler) and the crystallization with turn back into honey. This can be repeated over and over again as necessary. The packets I received are partially crystalized and the packets are made of foil. So I place several of the unopened packets into very hot water for 30 min and the crystallization is gone. The honey inside the unopened packets maintained it normal, fluid, consistency after that with out issue. If you are buying real honey, it will NEVER go bad and can AWAYS be rewarmed back into its natural state.

Worth the money!
I had this at a casino back in the winter and loved this honey in my tea. It is the same brand that I use for jelly. I ordered it and still have a few left several months later. It still tastes great several months later.

One packet broke and the whole package was spilled over
It looks like one of the packets broke and there was honey spilled over and the packets were all sticky and gross. I’m requesting to return it and I have tried many times already with no response

Crystallized Honey
I found out about Bonne Maman Honey Sticks through my Blue Apron Food Delivery Service. They're included in many of the meals and I always use the extra packets to drizzle on my morning yogurt with fruit and granola. I loved the flavor so much that I ordered this 100 Pack on Amazon so that I could have extra packets on hand when needed. However, the packets I received are all crystallized honey, whereas the packets I received with my Blue Apron service were silky smooth. I don't want crunchy honey packets. Lame!
