the plug and play functionality & compatibility are excellent, it takes mere moments from unboxing to actually being able to use it. unfortunately, the bluetooth signal naturally causes a delay that somehow doesn't stay consistent, so the experience of hearing doubled audio is not pleasant. you kind of get used to it while singing, but it never really goes away as a listener...

My two grandkids have the best time singing into these microphones, but they especially love the funny sound effects! The speaker looks similar to some of the more expensive brands, but the sound quality is definitely in the lower price range. I use the Bluetooth speaker to listen to music and audio books. Pros: Watching my grandaughters live their best life is definitely the most entertaining thing, for sure! Portable entertainment. Good for family events. It connects quickly. The speaker and two microphones charge easily with USB-C. Can be used just as a bluetooth speaker or with 1 or 2 microphones. Cons: Your first clue that it is made in China is the voice that tells you it has paired successfully. The connection range is not very far. Don't walk away with your phone! Sound quality is adequate but not high quality. There is some feedback if the microphones are used too close to the speaker. Overall, I like and use this karaoke machine/Bluetooth speaker, but my high-tech adult kids would prefer something better and more expensive.
