Not a "quick" charger, but charges batteries safely and thoroughly. Each individual battery slot stops charging when charging is complete.

I'm not a phan of the phunky serrated positive plate in the charging stations. Yeah, I understand that this is how they get multiple lengths of cells to sit still in the station, but simply having a taller positive terminal and a deeper well for the small AAA cells would have been a better solution. That whining aside, the unit seems to be a very effective charger, telling you what is going on for each station separately through a clear and unmistakable display. This is my favorite NiMH charger so far, and I've used a _lot_ of those durn things.

I bought 2 of these chargers and filled them all up with eneloop batteries, plus 2 9v battery for each and I been using these charger's for a year now and is great, no problems here. ill buy again if 1 ever stops working!

The media could not be loaded. * You can charge 18 batteries(16 AA/AAA and 2 9V) at the same time with these. Leave this overnight and all batteries are ready to use in the morning. * Digital display on the charger to show the charging percentage of each battery. All slots have no# and the display shows the charging status. * You can leave the batteries in this and it will not discharge them. * Once you get this you not need any other battery charger. ** If they can mount option for newer model that will be great for this.

I have purchased this battery charger twice this year to charge an assortment of AA, AAA and 9V Bonai NiMH batteries we use throughout our home. The first unit was delivered and did not charge the batteries to capacity at all. I returned that charger via Amazon and repurchased the item thinking it was a fluke. I received a second unit a couple days later and it worked as advertised. However, slowly over the last several l months the LCD display is failing and making it difficult to determine a batteries charge capacity. Today when I plugged the charger in to charge a batch of AA batteries it would not charge them with any consistency. I used a battery tester to test batteries that showed 100% on the charger's LCD display, that ended up being different states of charge (70%, 50% and 90%). The unit is currently under a one year warranty but I'm unable to find a warranty section here on Amazon nor on the company's website. Please be aware that this charger appears to have some serious defects give my experience with the two different chargers I've used in less than 6 months. Perhaps I will change my opinion if I can get the unit replaced under warranty. If Bonai is reading this feedback, please contact me to either repair or replace my faulty charger.
