After trying various products this one stands out. It is not messy and I did not experience the burning some users mentioned. Also, the moisturizing feature lasts longer than a day which is nice considering it is expensive.

Received in a timely fashion, couldn't wait for night time to use, definitely let this be the last thing you do because it will leak and if you cough to soon the suppository may fall out, with that said it melts rather fast and retains moisture for a minimum of 2 days. No burning or anything for me, my only issue is I wish it would have come with an insert, luckily I had an extra one which I washed really well and attached the suppository directly onto it to go as deep as possible. Definitely recommend if you're experiencing dryness and there's no messy cottage cheese residue like Repleans which I'll never use again, it is more expensive but worth every cent. I give this a 5 star. 51 year old with no no health issues at 6 years into menopause and heaven sent. FYI I discuss this with my OBGYN since I wear the estradiol patch for hot flashes and she said I should be fine....so far no side effects. Verified buyer

Love this moisturizer! I added this to my regime and it made a huge difference. It moisturizes inside and out. Slight burning/tingling on the first dose, but none after that. Natural ingredients, any product not absorbed inside is clear and moisturizes outside as well leaving the area very soft and moisturized. It definitely helps with dryness. My doctor approved me to take this product along with estrogen cream. They work well together. Its not messy at all. I suggest using the suppository plungers (intersting tool) so it goies insude higher and more is absorbed inside and less comes out. It's worth the money if it is in your budget. You can subscribe with a 3 month supply and save about $20/box.

I purchased this in hopes that it would help with painful intercourse. However, it does NOT. It is very good at moisture but if you are looking for an alternative for estrogen therapy this is not it. I used one box as directed for one month. I do not want to go back on estrogen as I am getting older but I am not ready to give up intimacy yet. Still looking for an answer to my problem.

This product has changed my sex life. I followed the instructions and it worked perfectly. Before this I did not want to have sex because it felt like crushed glass regardless of lubrication. I purchased a two box quantity thinking I may need to try it for a while to see results based on product info. I first did an external skin test on my arm by rubbing the product on my skin a bit and waited overnight and had no problem. A few nights later I did the same thing on my more sensitive skin at the exterior where this is normally inserted and had no adverse reaction there either. I recommend this for any product you are trying in this sensitive area. As I began inserting the product a few nights later, everything was fine for a several weeks. I even like that I didn’t have to wear underwear or a liner to bed with this product because it stays in place and does not leak from where you place it unlike creams and gels. I was thinking this was a great alternative to others I had tried but were ineffective and would be what I needed. I went ahead and purchased a second two box order before finishing the first box so I wouldn’t run out. Amazon made me provide a code at delivery which that process is a mess and delays delivery several days so I placed the second order to make extra sure I didn’t run out. Out of nowhere I got an infection in this very sensitive area. I’ll spare you the details, but four weeks later the infection is still not healed and has been such a huge issue for me. This is the only product I introduced so I know it was this. Ladies proceed with caution using this. Maybe cleanse the external area twice a day I don’t know. Two weeks in and I thought I was okay but out of nowhere it hit me. You can’t return unopened boxes either so I’m stuck with three of them and these aren’t cheap. Treating the infection is proving time consuming, inconvenient, and the whole thing is now a small fortune investment including the cost of the product and the medical interventions. I don’t know how I could have been anymore cautious with this to have avoided it. Of course in the short time I used it it did nothing along the lines of what you use it for to begin with. Now with the infection the original issue is worse than ever. If you have never used this and are wondering, the product is the shape of a small bullet and the consistency of solid coconut oil which is how it melts naturally with your body heat.
