I felt like I had to write this review because of some of the low star reviews. These washers are fine and everything about them is as they should be. First of all, there are many people complaining that the washers are "thin" and will bend. The thickness of these washers is industry standard for stainless. ALL stainless washers are thinner than normal steel washers, regardless of what size or brand you get. Don't ask me why, it just is what it is. I have worked with stainless hardware for over 20 years, it's always this "thin". Grade 8 or grade 5 washers are thicker, but that is a completely different alloy and application. A great solution (which I did) is to simply double them up. There was another bad review saying these washers AREN'T stainless. That is not true with my batch. I took a rare earth magnet to these washers and there was no magnetic response with these washers. Rare earth. No magnetism. These washers are fine. The color is even legit stainless, again, like I said I've been working with stainless hardware for over 20 years in the trades. 5 stars. ... show more
