I bought the portable battery to be able to travel on a plane (less than 100 watts by plane) and recharge my satellite phone on the 3 prongs AC with my solar panels. It worked at home when I tried it for testing even if I was not able to reach 100% but 99%. Second try was on a remote place when I needed the battery to be charged during the day. The battery charged to 86% max but the display was loosing battery very fast without anything plugged on it till 0%. I tried then to charge it with the electric cable but same. The product is not charging anymore after 2 uses. Unfortunately I travelled abroad and I can’t return it because I leave for more than 30 days. Thankfully, the customer support was very reactive, they reached to me very quick to help me with my battery. They offered to send me a new one in exchange of the non working battery which I appreciate a lot.

This is the second one of these I’ve bought. This time I opted for the more upgraded 88w model. First, this really holds a charge. You can leave it shut off for two months and it doesn’t drain the battery, I unpacked it at 72% charged and immediately plugged in a Microsoft Surface that was 30% charged, on which I was running updates. Less than 2 hours later, the Surface was 86% charged and the power station was down to 1%. It took almost 4 hours to fully recharge the power station from empty. Next, I charged a completely empty iPad using the USB (A) port on the power station rather than the AC Outlet. The USB charging seemed much more efficient. After 1 hour the iPad was 28% charged but the power station still had 93% of its power. I finished charging overnight and had 45% left on the power station. Really impressive. It then sat with all power off for two months while I did a lot of traveling. When I turned it back on, the charging capacity was still 45%. I then used it to power a cat cam overnight - which used to nearly drain my older model. In the morning it was still 19% charged. And, a month after that it’s still at 19%. This also has a nifty light that is quite powerful and can be set on flashing for emergency situations. This is a high quality device for charging small appliances and is definitely worth the price.

I ordered this and loved the fact that it came with a nice bag to keep everything together it was a quick and easy way to charge it however when I used the product it only lasted for 2 hours I was very disappointed in the short amount of time that it helped me charge something but other than that it's great so I will order another one or look for another that charges for more than 2 hours.

The flashlight works really well but the other stuff is iffy idk if I just got a bad one or what. The first time I used it the charge only held for about 3 hours. My group are ravers so we were depending on this for helping airing up or air mattress with the wall plug adapter. Let’s just say if you’re a 90’s kid it would be like when your headphones were hanging on by a thread and you had to hold the just right so it would work. Honestly just spend a little more and get a bigger one.

This thing sucks for ONE REASON: it can only be charged using the electrical cord for a wall outlet or car cig lighter while car is driving. It will NOT charge by any other port...not USB, not C type, nothing. So, if you want a massively huge BATTERY that is limited by wall outlet charging, buy this. It's dependent upon one charging port, which if it breaks, it's worthless and can't be used. And, the 3 prong port is soooo loose my charger cord keeps slipping out of it. I want to return this but the time has been too long before I discovered it's extremely limited charging options, and even a full charge dumps out so fast that it's empty and worthless in a matter of an hour. Note to self: charge before leaving home, or you'll need to keep your car running the entire time it's charging. Junk junk junk. It doesn't charge any better than the Danwell 1000amp battery pack I bought for $20. And it's soooo massively huge that it's like carrying around a novel and will need a backpack or bag to carry it around in. See pic to show it is NOT charging via USB, nor with the solar charger USB I have.
