Good quality screws, but not US #8
Size: #8 x 3/4"
Good quality screws. But! They appear to be some kind of metric screw, NOT #8 US standard. I needed them for US door hinges. They barely work as the head diameter of 0.295" (7.5mm) is less than a US #8 screw which has a head diameter of about 0.33" (8.4mm), about 0.6" smaller. They will work, but just barely. US Hinge (.090" thick) hole diam is max 0.3625" (9.2mm), min is 0.2775" (7.04mm). If you are using just for wood they will work just fine.

Perfect for zip tie mounts under my desk
I have a particleboard desktop that is a hair short of 5/8" thick. These screws were perfect to attach zip tie mounts underneath for cable management while leaving the top surface smooth and unaffected.

These screws are very tough and worked as I needed. In fact, when through using all 100pcs, I bought a couple more boxes. I was building a new set of living room coffee / end tables out of hardwoods (walnut, paduak, mahogany, etc) and needed to attach the tops using brackets; the screws had to be #8 3/4", which are not big. The screws that typically come with brackets you buy at Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, etc are not high quality. In fact, I've stopped buying most screws from these guys as the quality continues to go down - stripping heads and twisting them right off, which is a terrible pain in the rear. These worked perfectly! I did not strip or twist off a single one out of over 100 used with my hammer driver. The black finish is nice, and tough as well.

I used these screws to attach luan (very thin plywood) to 1x4 pine boards in an outdoor chicken coop. They were just the right length and material for that purpose. I had previously been using short nails which were popping out, so I decided to use screws instead. I couldn't find the right combination of length and stainless material at my local hardware store which is why I ordered online. I did feel like the price could have been a little lower for the # of screws provided, but it was enough for my purposes and I didn't feel like I had other less expensive options available. Perfect for rust free!

Had to find an alternative screw for our shower drain because the plumber screwed up. New house, 2 showers, one I was able to keep the screws that come with the covers, the other, the screws couldn’t grab where they are SUPPOSED to screw in to hold it in place. Used others, they started to rust. Got these- they won’t rust! As for the picture, shows how well the screws match oil rubbed bronze plate. Hehe.. also shows plumber screw up for too far down pipe. ;-( All’s well now! Just to mention... when you order oil rubbed bronze faucets, ‘SOME’ plumbing companies don’t put in drain covers to match the new fixtures... they didn’t even offer to ask. We made them come back to install the match...at our cost..;-(
