From the photos I expected the wrap to be double-lined. Its not. Just a strip of satin. This wrap is definitely just "for show" and for looks; it is not meant to serve a useful purpose (ie: keeping you somewhat warm).

This shawl was very nice and the perfect color to match my Mother-of-the- Bride gown. The only problem was that the creases would not come out with a steamer, which is all I had with me. I ended up being lucky and it was warm enough, and I didn’t need it. So, have it professionally pressed or press it yourself with a towel in between, and you should be good. I actually bought two because the first one I washed to get the wrinkles out and it took the sheen off it and wasn’t as pretty. So I would advise that you have it dry cleaned! I bought several shawls to try, and this was the best one, in terms of color, quality, and length. I plan to have it professionally pressed and use it for another occasion!

I ordered the silver satin shawl, and was pleasantly surprised by the texture and appearance of the scarf. Unfortunately, the "silver" is more of a gunmetal gray than a silver, so I won't be keeping the scarf. I will definitely keep this seller in mind though!

Simple wrap. Be extremely careful when removing wrinkles. These wraps are folded neatly when delivered, but the creases needed to be removed. Several bridesmaids ended up with water stains after attempts to stream the fabric. Had we Googled satin, we would have no known to use dry heat. Overall, the wraps were pretty and got the job done.
