Update: I had a problem with the first order, but the customer service department reached out to me and sent me a new set. I'm very happy with the new set that arrived in perfect condition - all 4 frames matching. Thank you for standing by your product! Original review: This was a huge fail. One frame arrived with broken glass. It had to be sent this way from the manufacturer because the frames on either side of it had glass in tact. As if that weren't annoying enough, three of the frames are identical but the fourth is a totally different frame. I bought these as a set to frame 4 pictures in a grouping - it is critical for them to all be exactly the same. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, but it turned out to be a total bummer.

I love these frames. They were very well made and have options for sitting on a table or hanging. They have a very nice “barn wood” look for a great price. They are really nice especially for the price. They were extremely well packaged and I can’t imagine anyone having shipping issues because of well they were packed for shipping which can be concerning with frames. Some are going to used for gifts and you never know when you purchase on-line if they will be ok to give. Really happy with this purchase and think those receiving them will be happy with the gift as well. Will definitely buy these again when needed.

My 6 frames arrived early, which was great because they are for a birthday gift and weren't due to arrive until after the birthday. They are attractive, sturdy, and easy to put the pictures in. I had all 6 photos in the frames in about 15 minutes, including unwrapping them. They were well wrapped and nothing was damaged. All the corners of the frames are tight without any gaps. You can't beat the price for 6 frames, either. Framing has gotten really expensive, not to mention, I don't think any shops are open because of the virus situation. I'm very pleased and I hope the birthday boy will be, too.

I'm going to say that as many of the other reviews said "real wood" and "high quality", I have to disagree. These are not real wood, at least mine aren't. The aremt high quality either because if they were they would be made of real wood. However, you get what you pay for and I believe these frames were still a good value! All of them are in great shape, seamless, and could very well pass off as solid barn wood unless you hold them (very lightweight). No two are the same wood grain pattern. Overall I am happy with them and they will do exactly what I purchased them for, which is look pretty on a wall and hold my family photos!

Have a lot of black frames around so it is nice to change it up a bit with these. The backing is better than others I have seen. Will need these to hold up for continually changing photos. I like these and they came in just fine. Looks good up on the wall too.

I was expecting these frames to come damaged and crappy... but I gotta say, I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and really great shipping packaging they achieved. I gave these out with a family photo and they made AMAZING gifts. Everyone was really happy with the quality and colors. I ordered one of each color and they all were really gorgeous and not one was dinged like they are in the store. I highly recommend these frames.
