It took a me a while to get the phone call feature working as it was not very straightforward. I had to search the review sections for further instructions. To get the call feature working, you have to open the phone Bluetooth setting, connect your phone to I13 and then I13_Phone_Test4 as seen in the screenshot. U will be able to dial and answer calls on the watch. I wish it had more than 7 sports mode that’s the only reason I gave it a 4star.

I was happy with this watch until now. I liked the large variety of faces to choose from. But I didn't wear it for a week and when I went to put it on the battery was totally dead and won't charge at all. I know it was not an expensive watch, but I expected it to last more than 6 months! Update. Bofidar contacted me with an offer for a full refund, but I had already solved the problem. I plugged the phone in 1 more time and it started charging. It stopped charging several times and every time i unconnected it and reconnected the USB cord and it would start again. I cleaned the contacts and replaced my charger. No more problems! Evidently the problem wasn't with the watch itself it was dirty contacts on the back of the watch and the cord. But it's good to know that the company stands behind their products!

Like the watch and its features. The only issue is with the blood pressure feature. It is not accurate at all. I usually have a normal to low reading. No matter when or what time of day I take my blood pressure with the watch it always reads 140/84 every time. I have even taken my blood pressure with my regular monitor and get a reading of 107/68 but the watch reads 140/84. I had a previous smart watch with less features but it did have a more accurate blood pressure reading. The only other issue is that it sometimes automatically calls the last person I called on my phone. I am still trying the other features on the phone and do like it if I can just work through the couple of issues.

I like all the features on the watch, but as time went on the time became faster until it was 10 minutes fast. I looked all through the options, but couldn't find where you could fix the time. Since then, my granddaughter got a hold of it and reset it. Now the time is 7 hours off and I still can't change it. My old watch would automatically reset the time when you went into the app. Other than that, it had great features that worked, but not the most important feature.
