The jacket is polyester - it's light weight - but the wrinkles don't come out easily with a water spray - I wouldn't dare use an iron in this. It says dry clean recommended, and I suspect I will need to do that to get the wrinkles out. Also, the color I received is no where near the color online - like not close. The seller did respond quickly when I went to return the jacket. The jacket is just not anything I would have purchased if I knew the actual color and feel of the materials.
