It’s not too strong or too weak smelling and the scent does linger after your shower. Being able to get this type of package that can be sealed back up seems to make them last longer too. The good stuff: These come individually wrapped, so they'd make great basket fillers or party favors. The packaging is good quality. The steamers are white, so they add to the spa bathroom aesthetic. The bad stuff: The steam doesn't steam. I have used 4 of them and experienced no steam in the shower. The scent is too subtle to notice. I haven't noticed the slightest bit of an energy boost. I purchased Citrus Grove and you only get one scent. The old ones gave you multiple scents in the "energize" package. I miss grapefruit but the only way to get it is if you buy the sampler =\ It still smells good.
