First it took forever and pliers to remove the stone. Second the width of the post was to wide to slide in my helix. And I didn’t want to forced because it just healed for me to change the jewelry. So that didn’t work and then I decided to use the larger one in my lip (side labret) piercing. The stone screwed off easier however it till forever to get it back. I’m assuming the issue is the length to screw back in the post is so micro short it’s difficult to get it to even catch a little to begin screwing the stone. I was attempting to put this jewelry into my Medusa piercing. But the 6mm bar collapsed under the pressure of the hemostat that I had to use to keep it in place while attempting to attach the jewel. Lost the jewel in the process of my struggle before I realized why I couldn’t attach them. I have used my hemostats for months on other surgical steel bars (8mm surgical steel bar seen in one of the photos next to the disfigured 6mm bar) from other jewelry stores on Amazon that have not been disfigured. So I was surprised when this products stability failed. I can no longer use the 6mm bar and that was the length that I needed for my Medusa piercing. The only one that will fit in yourle piece at least Is the longest one and it definitely is comforting on sensitive skin especially and even though it's not surgical steel it's better than. .. Definitely worth the buy even though the other ones if you wanted them to fit you'd have to buy a whole another set just to get them to fit in the longest one is the only one that fits in any of the holes even on the side of the lip.. If you can find a better use for the shorter ones let me know please. ... show more
