Very happy with this item’s quality & functionality for such a great price. They’re lightweight and you get every size taper all the way up to 00g!!! Also love that the little rubber rings that keep the plugs in sit in a little indentation on the plugs to help keep them from just popping off.

I had these for years and it came with all the pieces and nothing was missing and they honestly fit quite well and didn’t bother my ears at all and they are surprisingly easy to clean and keep clean and they make your ears look cute!!

Pros: Great Price Solid Product Fast Shipping Each size was individually packaged with the guage size written on the bag Cons: None that I can think of. Aside from the fact that some people do experience minor irritation when using acrylic plugs while their ears are healing from stretching. I don't have that problem though so it wasn't an issue for me. I ordered the 36 piece taper and plug kit to stretch my ears. I had stretched my ears down to a size 4 guage about three to four years ago but ended up taking them out so I figured this kit would be good to help me start from square one again. I was a little leery since they were priced so low, but I can honestly say I couldn't be happier with the quality. I am now at a 6 guage (I thought I might have to re-stretch rather slowly as it appeared they had totally shrunk, however, I was able to start with a 12 guage and noticed no resistance so I tried the 10 and within a week I had tried all the sizes down to a 6 without feeling any resistance and stuck with the 6 since I did feel a minor tightness during insertion). I know acrylic plugs aren't supposed to be that good for stretching as people claim they tend to cause more irritation than stainless steel, however, I haven't encountered any problems thus far (I just make sure to clean them with an anti-bacterial soap and water and dry before insertion and then keep my ears clean). The seller got the product out to me very quickly as well. I would definitely suggest this set for anyone looking for a cheap and solid way to stretch their ears. ... show more

Context: I'm re-stretching my ears after a 6 year break (they were 0g previously). Review: this set of tapers and plugs is very convenient for people re-stretching, or looking for a taper kit. I can't recommend the plugs. They seem to get the job done for the rapid stretching that I've been able to do on my second time around. Disclaimer: if you are stretching for the first time please take your time and allow at least a month before stretches ideally a few months. I can't recommend the plugs because they don't seem to stand up to sanitation well. Of course regular soap and water works for washing. You can't boil them (plastic), so I tried using rubbing alcohol only to find that the plugs started peeling. I'd recommend getting metal plugs or some other, more sturdy material. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to most metals so this was basically my only (cheap) option. ... show more

This is a great kit, and all the pieces came, including the o-rings. I purchased the Glow in the dark set, and they definitely do. The smaller sizes are barely noticeable, especially 14s. You can't even see them glow. The bigger sizes are when it really kicks in. My first stretch was nice and easy, a part of that was because I used a lube tube. I didn't use very much though, and they still went straight through. I've never stretched my ears before, and I think the next few will be just as easy. Over-all, they are solid and I've been lucky to not have lost any o-rings yet, because my ears didn't swell very much to none at all on the other side. My ears are reacting nicely to the acrylic pieces instead of stainless steel. I'll be back in a couple months to update, but I strongly recommend these. They also came very fast Update: It's been a few months, and I am now at 2g. The smaller sizes were super easy going through, but at around 6g it started getting harder. I waited about 2 months before I wanted to stretch again to a 0g, and it just will not go through. I may have waited too long, but I'm going to order the size 1g taper.     • Great Stretching Kit
I was interested to start stretching my ears, and while searching for a stretching kit I came across this one. It seemed like a fairly good stretching kit to me, and I was impressed with the price so I decided to purchase it. The plugs come in separate bags, each bag containing two tapers and two plugs and the gauge of the pieces printed on the bag. Using only tapers from this kit, I am currently at 6G. I plan stretching to 0G. I've had no problems with them so far, no bleeding, no blow outs, etc. I recommend this kit to anyone interested in stretching their ears. EDIT: I am currently at 0G. When I first wrote this review I was at 6G. I stretched from 14G to 0G using tapers from this kit in just five months. Definitely a short time for stretching, considering you should wait several months before you go up a size. I don't recommend stretching that quickly because it's risky, and I'm lucky to have been able to do it without any consequences. This is a great stretching kit for a great price! ... show more

These gauge nicely just the way they should. The different sizes are individually packaged with the number clearly displayed on the front, so that is a nice plus. The problem I just ran into is in at least one of the packs, the taper is not the same gauge as the plugs in the same pack. I was gauging my niece to a 10, had the taper in all the way to the end, put the plug to the end of the taper to follow it through....and it wouldn't go through. Tried again...same thing. I looked at the ends and the 10g plug was clearly larger than the 10g taper. So that was kind of sad. I haven't gotten to the larger packs, so I don't know if this was just a fluke or what. It's not enough to make me regret the purchase, though. She just has to wait for the proper sized metal plugs to come in before she can gauge. :) ... show more
