The wig is trash. It is not human hair. I washed pre-plucked and did everything I was supposed to do and the next day the hair was nappy. I am not happy with the product and the outcome of it, I cut the hair that was matted together off to make it look decent

I always color my wigs. I left the color on for 40min. The color took on the top of the wig however the color didn't take. That's a instant sign its not human hair. There's different lengths and it's super thin. I know you get what you pay for however I expected what the description said and I didn't get that.
