Great Action. For people under 6ft tall. Taller users need to make adjustments to use this. Great versatility with Smith Machine/Power Rack combination. I added two more olympic plate holders to each side of the machine, and affixed a pull-up bar on its roof. Great value for this type of machine. Comparable machines are two or four times higher priced.

The machine arrives in 3 boxes on a long pallet. This machine was super easy to put together. It took 2 of us about 3 hours to do it. I did majority of the work myself, the 2nd person just helped hold pieces in place while I screwed them together; otherwise it would have taken about 4 hours on my own. I love that this machine has the squat rack/half cage in addition to the smith machine so it really allows for numerous exercises. It also comes with a piece that you can attach to the machine to hold an olympic bar. The smith machine moves really smooth, the bar is lighter than an olympic bar, but still works great & I have not had any issues with it. Definitely delivered on everything that I was wanting to finish my home gym.

This equipment machine is next level. The seller reached out to me to plan the delivery and delivery was a breeze. The freight company was really nice and courteous of our property and delivered with no issues. It was really easy to set it up, took about an hour between two of us, and was easy to follow along with the instructions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for this type of machine!

Solid Body produced an excellent piece of equipment. All the parts arrived intact and the assembly was straight forward and was easily accomplished by myself. The glide doesn't stay smooth. Need to keep re-applying the rods with recommended treatment. If there is a coating that works and lasts, I would rate it a 4.
