Good quality. It shaves sensitive areas as close as any hair trimmer of this type without pulling or cutting. I would buy another if something happened to the one I have. I definitely recommend.

A good tool. Does not trim as close as a shave. Will bite soft thin skin if not stretched tight. Generally works as it should. Excellent battery life.

I have a great shaver for the face. This was strictly bought to handle the savage conditions of the private male areas. This is the best I have ever tried. Not sure how it does it but it does not nick that most tender and sensitive skin nor does it pull hair. Work in the shower as well.

1) The unit does not work. I charged it for 2h in accordance with the instructions, but it will not turn on. I’m awaiting a response from support. 2) You can’t tell if this is new or used given the packaging. Some form of seal should be used.
