Description

The Bodum double wall Canteen Cooler glasses are 12 ounces in size and can be used for cold or warm beverages. Its unique design is appealing to the eye when filled with your favorite beverage. With its double layer of borosilicate glass it appears as though the liquid is 'floating' within the glass. They will not sweat when filled with a cold beverage, so you will not have to use a coaster. The double wall creates a thermal effect, helping to keep your cold drinks cold and your hot drinks hot for longer periods of time. These mouth blown glasses are an exciting product for any home, restaurant, and cafe and are a definite conversation piece. What's not to love? These handsome glasses combine great looks with insulating temperature control qualities and anti-condensation protection to boot. Keep your piping hot, large glass of tea warm in the morning and a tall, frosty glass of beer cool in the evening with this set of two 12-ounce glasses. These glasses, like all Bodum Canteen glasses, are hand made and mouth blown, and cleverly feature a two glass walls, trapping air between the walls to provide insulation, keeping hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. As an added bonus, the dual layers prevent condensation accumulating on the outside of cold drinks and dripping onto your wood tables. The design is not only functional but adds a striking visual aspect to the containers also: beverages seem to float within the glass due to the double-walled design. This visual appeal is enhanced because the outer layer is shaped like a traditional pint glass, while the inner layer has a more tapered profile. Made of borosilicate glass, the set is dishwasher safe. The design has won several awards and rave reviews, notably the European iF Design Award. Match with any Bodum Canteen glassware, or coordinate with Bodum's other double-walled insulated glassware patterns, Pavina and Assam. --Jeff Dalto P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); Set Contains: 2 x Canteen glasses See more
