I bought this hair thinking I was gonna get a laced wig, ladies pls don’t let the pictures mislead you. I don’t know what the other ladies are talking about but this wig is not the best wig. first of all, the closure is just a straight beige line down the middle, you can’t pluck it to make it look natural or anything. This is a very old school inspired wig so if your just looking for a shake n go wig this might be for you but if you want a more natural look I do not recommend. not to mention this hair is hard to flat ironed. The overall hair quality is great! The two major issues with these units is the quality control factor, and dishonest customer service. First let’s start with the actual unit. - The uneven layers, ruined the look and feel of the unit. In addition to side of the unit is fuller than the other side. Unless you are skilled in slaying wigs or professional. Be prepared to be disappointed! The hair quality is nice , but the vendor quality control defects makes this unit a total let down. Customer Service: The vendor seemed cooperative and offered to replace the unit. Once I opted to not receive a refund, and accepted the replacement option, they ghosted me. I never received the replacement that they promised!! Oddly enough I was sent a Tom Holland blanket, that I did not order. This occurred within the timeframe of which I was supposed to receive the replacement. *** Ladies there are better options that are just as cheap. If not here, then SAMS beauty
