I used this product to winterize my outboard motor. I used teflon tape on the threads of the fittings to help eliminate leaking. I then carefully installed the hoses to make sure cross threading did not occur. Next I removed the black cap from the tank and drill a hole where the black cap was located to prevent vapor lock. After running water for 10 minutes through the muffs, I opened the valve for the antifreeze for a second to make sure it was flowing and then quickly turned off the water. As soon as I saw the antifreeze color come out of the pisser hole I shut down the motor and turned the anti freeze valve off. Done! I would definitely recommend this product. Worked great! This ain't rocket science folks.

I bought this to winterize some jetskis I had purchased earlier in the summer. I knew i had to run some antifreeze fluid through the water intake so I bought this. It seems a bit expensive for what you got, but I guess having them in one package is the convenience. The instructions were pretty straight forward. Mine did not have the vent hole drilled and that almost became a problem when I went to use it. It does say in the instructions though to check for a vent hole and make it if there isn't one. That was an oversight on my part but it would have been convenient to just have that drilled for everyone. Overall I was successful in winterizing my jetskis with this.

The overall system works well except for the attached hose. The hose that comes with the unit is very stiff (even after dipping in warm water to try and loosen it up) and has poor connectors. I tried using the attached hose and it didn't seal all the way when connecting the threads but after replacing it with another hose the system worked perfectly. Would pay more for a higher quality hose that is actually usable.
