  • Nav lights
Style: Bow Lights Red & Green
Looks good but haven’t installed it yet

  • Wish they had had these years ago.
Style: Bow Lights Red & Green
About the simplest navigation lights you can install on a boat. The adhesive on it is extra strong as long as you wipe down the fiberglass with acetone, it's not coming off. Routing the wire in through a waterproof grommet staying low to the bowel of the boat is the way to go. Don't leave anything to snag or trip on quite traditional lights. I do see where these could be an issue for some people depending on what type of rub rail you have and pulling up your anchor. It worked out perfect for me because the rope doesn't even come close to these when pulling it in. As far as the visibility and brightness of these, they are way brighter than the old school bulb units every boat had. You're not going to miss these coming at you lol. And for how cheap they are and easy to install, Even if you rip them off and had to put a new pair on every year you're still doing pretty good compared to what some of the standard units you're going to get from somewhere like boat US. ... show more

  • These Lights Don’t Just Shine—They Announce You’ve Arrived!
Style: Bow Lights Red & Green
These SETYPARY navigation lights are so bright, I half expected air traffic control to start hailing me mid-lake. With 18 LEDs per strip and visibility up to 3 nautical miles, I no longer just navigate at night—I glow like a nautical superhero. And yes, they’re USCG compliant, so not only do I look cool, I’m also legal. Win-win. Installation? No drilling required, which means my boat didn’t have to suffer through any unnecessary holes. The adhesive backing is strong enough to survive actual waves, wild weather, and one aggressive power wash (oops). The flexible design wrapped around the curves of my hull like it was made custom for my ride. These things are IP67 waterproof, and they’ve handled every splash, downpour, and “oops, forgot to cover the boat” moment like champs. Red and green lights are sharp, vivid, and crystal clear—even fog doesn’t dull them. Bonus: they don’t just work for boats. I slapped a pair on my old kayak and now it looks like a party barge with delusions of grandeur. Bottom line: If your boat could talk, it would ask for these. Bright, durable, easy to install, and just plain cool. Whether you’re cruising, fishing, or just flexing at the marina—these lights bring the glow-up your vessel deserves. ... show more

  • Work pretty good
Style: Bow Lights Red & Green
Actually pretty nice for navigation lights on a boat. They're bigger than the typical bow light so they are more visible in the distance. They do have adhesive backing g that so far seems to be sticking g fairly well after about 2.weeks but I still recommend using some extra glue or silicone to make sure they don't fall off. The power cable is fairly long but depending on your boat you may need to add some wire take them reach the power wire in your boat. For the price these are a.good bright and more visible option for nav lights on your boat.. ... show more

  • Bright bow lights that should go above & beyond local boating regulations
Style: Bow Lights Red & Green
These are very bright, low-power waterproof lights that should be more than enough to comply with my state's boating regulations. For my colored bow lights, I need one nautical mile of visibility and these claim to be 3 nautical miles. After a test, I'm not doubting that claim as they are very bright! I was originally going to go with a single small red/green bow light install, but these are bigger, brighter, and cheaper than the other options. The only advantage I see of the smaller bow lights is you have a screw option for installation to ensure it stays put, but you could easily screw in some pipe straps over these lights if you don't entirely trust the adhesive. They come with a nice long length of wiring to accommodate running to your battery. The flexibility of the LED strips will come in very handy for molding to the bow shape. Time will tell on the waterproofing and ruggedness, but they appear to be decently rugged for what's needed; just make sure you aren't running into things with your boat and you should be okay. ... show more

  • They're ok
Style: Bow Lights Red & Green
easy install. I had a set last year and they quit. I'd prefer to only buy once. I may go to a different system if these go out by next year.

  • Bright and work great

  • not uscg compliant
Style: Bow Lights Red & Green
Not even bothering with pictures for this. It's 2 waterproof (maybe) led strips. They are bright, function on 12v, have ok wire length, and may or may not stick to your hull or deck surface. These do NOT meet USCG or ABYC requirements for navigation lighting or side lighting. The radiation angle is basically 180 degrees per light. The only thing that shapes the beam in any way is the curvature surface you apply it to. I contacted the company to ask for test reports or certification reports. That was a week ago, they have not provided any. So while these lights are bright and they look kinda cool, they are also a fine waiting to happen if you get spot checked. ... show more
