I’m 46 and I wanted a hobby that would feel good and lose weight. I moved all my rugs in my house and moved tables and I skate around my house for a hour a day, I’ve lost 5 lbs in a week already. This brand is well established so I wasn't too worried, but it's always nice to see you've gotten authentic skates lol These are a good price compared to other suede skates out there, and most importantly they're actually in stock. Since it's in men's sizes (I'm normally a size 7 in women's shoes) I bought s size 6 and they fit perfectly. The suede will take a little while to break in so I'm making sure to wear thick, comfy socks until it softens up. My only complaint is that they could use a bit more cushion, particularly in the back it kinda bites into my ankle. ... show more

Came quicker than promised and immediately laced up for an evening short inauguration. Been years since I skated and had a moment interpreting soft wheel t-braking and concrete crack handling but overall very pleased with quality and fit ( I am make with a hakf-size and was concerned I sized up instead of down-- fit is great!) Was time to replace a very old (decades old) pair of speed skates and I loved the black suede boot option! Will take a little time to break them in, but with the right socks should be no problem. Love the blue wheels, just wish the stopper was plain black, but that's easily swapped out.
