I’m so happy I made this decision. It’s pretty cold outside and it’s dark out early so having this can entertain my toddler and exhaust his energy right out before bedtime. He love it and ask for a swing even though we haven’t finished the whole set up yet. Parts came out as described, assembly is easy with the manual. It’s well labeled too. The set up is sturdy and we made sure that it’s made safe for our baby. We love the colors, it matches our mat from our old playpen. Size is also ideal for my 2 year old. Exactly as described with a better price than lots of the competitors. Came in perfect condition. Assembly took a little while but directions were clear and tools were provided. It’s cute and perfect for our baby girl. She has been obsessed.

The product I received is not safe. I put it together according to the directions, and using the correct hardware. The ladder portion that extends from the play set became unstable immediately and is not safe to climb. Also, the painted portions chip VERY easily creating sharp spots and splinters. The swings included, chip away at the rest of the structure. And this is with LIGHT use. I tried to get a refund through Amazon, and the refused with my returning it. And, since it takes up half of a room, I would say it's pretty unrealistic to expect someone to return. This was a very unfortunate choice of birthday presents for my daughter. Use: We live in Korea where the winters can be brutal but also year round, we have horrible air quality days. I'm talking and AQI of over 300! So this indoor playground has been a life saver. I was nervous it was going to be too small for my 5 year old at first. She is on the taller side so she isn't able to use the monkey bars for the swinging part, but she loves to use her imagination and play on the top of the playground and make the playground a boat, climbing all over the sides- it is still so much fun for her. This playground is absolutely age appropriate for my 3 year old though. Quality: The wood quality is great as well. My kiddos are rough and so far, everything is very durable and the playground is stable on the ground with both of my kids able to play on it at the same time. Assembly: The user manual walks you through exactly how to assemble the playground and all the tools are given to you, no outside tools were necessary. They even have two sizes of Allen wrenches (some parts needed you to use both at the same time). I will say some of the holes did have a thin covering of the outside wood, but you were able to push it through with your finger so it did not hinder the ability to build the playground. Overall: Our family loves this indoor playground. It has been used for hours every day since we got it so I would highly recommend it to others. ... show more

The indoor playground is made of good-quality press wood and was easy to assemble. However, some pieces arrived with cracks and minor damage. Since disassembling and packing it up would have been a hassle, I decided to keep it. Given the wear and tear, the seller should have offered a discount or adjusted the price. Cheap Screws and bolts that didn't work. Difficult to put together. Amazon Wouldn't replace damaged hardware. Had to return. Amazon did not given a new set and sale price of $70 off. Not happy with Amazo. Will kot be buying an I door Jungle Gym from Amazon again. But the company Bluewood when contacted will replace hardware and gave a wooden toy board free for inconvenience. Response from bluewood was after the return to Amazon, and it takes weeks to get paxkages. Good to know that (while not fast) they will send replacement parts for free and care about the customer.
