FreedConn’s customer service is on point. The helmet I ordered arrived with an issue with one of the speakers. I reached out and they immediately sent another helmet that works perfectly. The helmet fits snug but not tight and the sound is great. This is a high quality helmet.

Just inherited/purchased a vintage Harley and wanted to get a bluetooth helmet as my old Scorpion helmet was pretty old and needed to be replaced. Saw this on Amazon and was not very familiar with the brand but saw that all the reviews were pretty high. After receiving the helmet I have been very pleased with the product. I was able to connect with my wife's helmet with crystal clear sound. Was able to listen to music and podcasts as well. Have not used it on the bike yet but with the loud pipes that I have on my bike it will likely be hard to hear myself think let alone music/podcasts. Will let you know in an update. The controls were easy to manage and the padding felt super comfortable. Make sure to order a size bigger as they run small however, the company is super responsive and willing to send you padding as required. The helmet also came with gloves but they were a bit small. Sent the company a message and they sent me the bigger size gloves for free. Overall: Great product and exceptional customer service. I would definitely choose this company again based on their excellent communication, customer service and responsiveness. The product works well and the comfort and quality seem to be up to speed.

Nice helmet. Fits perfectly. Quick delivery. Prompt customer service communication. BT phone worked very well. Internal sunscreen is awesome with easy external control. BT music choppy, and audio is tinny with very poor bass response. I did however return it. The helmet has a quick disconnect strap, but does NOT have a hook or loop to secure it to a bike's helmet lock. Would have kept it, if not for that very important issue. I could have lived with the tinny audio. Never had a helmet that I couldn't securely lock to my bikes.

Great helmet for the price. The size is perfect, not smaller as some people say. I received several calls while riding and there were no problems in hearing people or people hearing me. One person it was jus slightly muffled. The speakers in the helmet are good but a little tinny sounding. But what do expect for the price. I had no problem with the helmet fogging. I recommend this helmet. Great Value Oh, I almost forgot. It came with a pair of good riding gloves too. Made this purchase even better

So first off this is a helmet, it does what helmets do, other than that its really not worth the price. Lets break it down. The helmet is comfortable, I did have to contact customer service to get a smaller set of inserts to be comfortable. I've got a big head, thats a me problem, not theirs. It holds up just fine in the wind, there isnt any kind of issues while riding, the visor stays firmly in place even when cracked because this helmet fogs like crazy in the early morning. It fogs up so bad that I often use the tinted second visor much more often because I simply cant see when the main visor is closed. The helmet has little, very very little airflow. I can close the visor all the way once it hits about 80 degrees without worry of it fogging up, but under about 80 if you dont have the visor cracked you will be blind in minutes. Customer service is pretty good, I contacted them about the fogging issue and they sent me a "non fogging visor" for free. Its just as bad as the normal one, so dont be fooled. This helmet is not great if you wear glasses, I have bent the arms of my glasses and broken it getting them on and off, but im 200$ into this helmet so I'm kinda stuck with it for now. For the bluetooth, it connects just fine and holds connection no matter where my phone is on the bike. I've had iot on the bars, in my jacket, and in my backpack with no connection issues, It stays connected and 0 interrutions in music, however, sometime I wish there were because sound quality is pretty awful. When I say awful i mean like no bass, and its louder than it should be. Music that comes through is distorted quality from time to time and its really not good if you like to groove a whole lot, but it does play music so theres that i guess. Call quality is actually pretty good, sounds like a phone call should, and ive been told that on the other end I come through loud and clear and the bike and wind cant even be heard. When the visor is down there isn't a whole lot of wind noise, but you cant see half the time so you gotta open the visor and that just negates the whole point. I wouldn't buy this helmet again for the fogging and sound quality, but if you just wanna waste 200$ go for it.
