My husband ordered these hearing aids. He has been so happy with how they worked. But, one month from arrival, one of hearing aids suddenly quit working. We have not been able to find a way to contact Earrck directly. Trying to work with Amazon Customer Service was a nightmare so we gave up. I had hoped to write a good review but can’t do that now. My wife purchased the gray version of these after unsuccessfully trying two other brands of hearing aids/amplifiers from Amazon. At first, these appeared promising with their self-fitting hearing test and control app. They were better than the others. But battery life is very short when connected to Bluetooth and after a couple of weeks one would no longer connect/work. We had to return them. Just more cheap Chinese junk. The seller appears to keep changing the listing to hide earlier bad reviews. We ended up going with Jabra Enhance Select 200's online direct from Jabra. More costly, but excellent results so far, along with very professional online direct video support. It appears that you do get what you pay for! ... show more
