This little guy powers a 8" sub hooked to my home stereo. I have two other units running two other sub cabinets. Using just the sub out channel on these mini amps does the job nicely. I recommend these class D amps either as a dedicated 5.1 or just an amp for a passive sub speaker hooked to your home stereo. NOTE: if running this setup, you are advised to use a powered 4 way splitter from the sub out ports on the home stereo. I recommend this unit.

The media could not be loaded. I just got this because it was cheap and on a whim. I was not expecting too much from it, but I don’t know if I lucked out by having a good power source and a pair old three-way speakers, but it sounds great. I’m amazed about how good it sounds. Does it sound as good as my $5000 stereo system, no but for the price it’s shockingly close. It was fun to put together the Bluetooth and the sound from the speakers is outstanding.

Smoke begins to emit after an hour. When I turn it off for 5 minutes and then turn it back on, the subwoofer functions properly; however, the other two speakers do not work at all.

It's a very nice little amp, works perfectly in my arcade setup for them using it for decent sounding face Bluetooth connects relatively smoothly and continues to keep memory of connections. Overall if you just need a simple small amp to give your project some sound this is a decent choice for the price. Just make sure you get yourself a shielded cable for audio to avoid noise.
