I do have a big head - I admit it. These glasses are the best fit for readers I've found. I also like the larger size of the lens as opposed to those tiny rectangles that seem to be the fashion now. One thing to note is that they are NOT, in spite of the description, blue blockers. This makes no difference to me, as I've never liked blue blockers, and don't believe the hype about relieving eye strain. If you are looking for blue blockers, look elsewhere.
