Healthy and delicious, what more could you ask of a cracker? They don't collapse under the thickest dip, and are a tasty and filling snack all by themselves. I also like to add a little crunch to my salads. We enjoy them with tuna fish, cheese, hummus, or salmon smeared on top. My doctor put me on a gluten-free diet and every cracker I tried thereafter tasted like cardboard. But not these. They are great-tasting and go well with any sort of cheese. I eat them as a snack, as well, with nothing on them.

These crackers are really crispy and completely satisfy my need for crunch. I find the taste satisfying and the nutritional profile is decent (except for the carbs). I've noticed some batches are saltier than others so adjust your dip accordingly. My problem is I can't stop with one serving. When I break open a box, I down the whole thing in a day.
