Display is easy to read as opposed to sone others out there, plus, having USB C for power is perfect since I have that access for my phone, dont have to bother with batteries, EVEN THOUGH batteries came with it, not many things come with batteries as you know ! This BPM was easy to use right out of the box. My husband and I both are able to store our readings and not have them get mixed up with each other. The machine can separate them when we first identify which account to save it to, his or mine, with a push of the button! Easy peasy! Very large display, and doesn't error due to a less than perfect placement on your arm. It's really sensitive to be able to compensate for larger arms as well! Highly recommend and would purchase more items from this brand. I like the travel bag, as it helps to contain all of its parts in one little bag. ... show more

I was using another brand blood pressure monitor that had the typical grey display that was only visible in bright light; at least for my old eyes. This one is great; the backlit display can be read in the dark. And it is accurate IF you put the cuff on properly according to the directions. It is very important that the cuff is 1" - 1.5" above the elbow & the air tube is centered on the inside of the elbow. I like to remove the air tube from the unit, put the cuff on, then plug the air tube back in. ... show more

An earlier device I had drew the air down so slow that I got "pins and needles" in my arm, plus the cuff was too narrow for my arm. This unit has a larger cuff, and depletes the air quickly enough to not hurt. It is also very easy to read.

No need to be a rocket scientist to use this BP device. The first 3-4 times I got error messages. Due to clothing was under the cuff (just a little) so it is sensitive and will tell you to get that out! Not sure about the other error message. Since then I have no problems. I am the only user.
