  • Great Dance Shoe
Size: 6.5 Narrow Color: Sand
I’ve been wearing these ballet slippers since I was a kid, and they’ve never let me down. The quality, comfort, and fit are unmatched — they mold perfectly to my feet and provide the support I need for long rehearsals and performances. No matter how many other brands I’ve tried over the years, I always come back to these. They’re durable, classic, and feel like home every time I slip them on. This is a brand I’ll stand by for life — truly a dancer’s staple. ... show more

  • Sizing issues, but we love this shoe.
Size: 4.5 Narrow Color: Theatrical Pink
Dancers love this shoe, it’s soft, stretchy, comfortable. We like a lot of things about, the split sole, the fact that there isn’t a drawstring, the vamp size, the placement of the elastics and that they are pre sewn. However finding the right size is always tricky for us, with growing feet still. Ordered 2 sizes smaller than street shoe size, as recommended. That shoe was way too small.. ordered shoe size, also too small. Ordered 2 sizes larger than shoe size, fits perfectly. My dancer has a street shoe size of 4, the Bloch pair that fits is a 6.5. ... show more

  • Order 1 to 1.1/2a half smaller
Size: 5.5 Narrow Color: Cocoa
Perfect ! Well made. Good quality. NOT CHEAP! Good material soft and fitted to your foot. I am a 6 and 6.1/2 street shoe size so the 6.1/2 was TOO big. I went with one smaller 5.5 but could had fit on a 5 also. But I am ALSO a narrow foot. The shoe is soft material fits like a glove. Beautiful and well made ... show more

  • Great shoe, read sizing/fit tips!
Size: 6 Wide Color: Theatrical Pink
I like this shoe a lot. No round elastic channel makes them a bit more comfortable but they feel more traditional than shoes with very elastic panels etc. They look polished and nice. I’m not a huge fan of the fact that the ankle elastic is pre-sewn BUT it hasn’t caused me any pain and I don’t feel a need to rip out the sturdy machine seam to move the elastic only slightly. Okay so fit. I wear a 7 women’s shoe. Since gaining some weight, by high arch foot has been uncomfortable in many shoes and I often size up to an 8 or even an 8.5 just to have less pressure over the top of my foot even if the 8 is too long. I have always found ballet shoes in the equivalent of a 7 a little bit restrictive for spreading my toes. I have tapered greek toes (Morton’s toe), and the ball of my foot is the widest part of my foot. So, wide greek feet. I often feel like I’m either on my big toe only or on my other toes only on relève. I sized up to a 6 instead of a 5 in these because my toes need a lot of room to work! The sizing up may have also saved me from having issues with the pre-sewn elastic given my fat feet. The elastic is just very slightly tighter than I would have sewn it myself. The “canvas” stretches most perpendicular to the lines in the fabric, so diagonally across the top of the foot. I attached a picture showing the fabric for clarity. This material stretches just a little bit in all directions but is not at all some totally stretchy spandex or something. It still feels mostly rigid, but is softer and thinner than many canvas shoes I have had, so I expect they will be a little less durable. The diagonal stretch of the fabric is perfect for giving my toes room to spread. The pleats are not bothersome at all with this thinner fabric. The leather pad on the ball of the foot feels a little farther back than in my Sanshas and Capezios, but this could be because I sized up. In any case, it is in a perfectly fine place. I really like these shoes and find them a nice change from really rigid canvas without feeling or looking like a hybrid shoe. The elastic around the top is more comfortable than raw string elastic as less obviously different than other types. If you want a more modern shoe without a modern look (or if your teacher abhors a hybrid shoe look!) these might be a good buy for you. I find them mostly flattering, although the pre-sewn elastic is a drawback to look and feel. Would be 5 stars if the elastic was not pre-sewn, or even if it had an inch of extra so it could be let out and sewn longer. ... show more

  • BEST BALLET SHOES!
Size: 5.5 Color: Theatrical Pink
The media could not be loaded. I typically wear a women’s 7.5 street shoe, 7 in crocs or other brands that don’t have half sizes, and tend to go up an 8 in running shoes. After reading reviews and debating between regular or wide, I went with a regular 5.5, and they fit perfect!! Going 2 sizes down from street size was spot on like everyone said, and I was able to get it right on the first try, so I hope this helps! I haven’t done ballet since I was 6, I’m 36 now, and these have me ready to sign up for local beginner ballet classes. I had no idea such comfortable ballet shoes existed and at such a great price point. The color, material, and split sole are EVERYTHING. I am in love with these!! ... show more

  • Perfect
Size: 4.5 Color: Theatrical Pink
I usually wear a US size 6.5 or EU size 37, and the size 4.5 fits me perfectly. I’ve tried them on and used them for practice, and they are exactly what I expected. Very comfortable and fit great. Highly recommend!

  • Comfortable and nice quality
Size: 5.5 Wide Color: Theatrical Pink
As suggested i bough 2 sizes down. Im a 7.5 in street shoes so I got a 5.5D . They're quite comfortable with decent support. I find that theyre a little snug on my left foot leaving not much room for spread so if youre on the cusp maybe make sure to get a wide or go up a half size.
