This backpack rocks! It has plenty of pockets and fits me the way I need to. I like the frame. It took a minute to get it right, but it's easy enough to figure out. The description gives the impression that you might have a place for a pistol holster, but that's not really the case. I could securely fit my Springfield 9mm Hellcat upside down in the right outside pocket for easy access while hunting. You could choose the left side because it is the same, but on the left. I nerded out a LOT before my last hunting trip because I had so much room and so many pockets. I actually made a list on my phone, pocket by pocket, of what I had in each! I carry what I need, but organizing it is essential to keep noise levels down if it's not necessary. I had never done that before, but it really helped me out. I am leaving a screenshot as an example. It was THAT helpful because I'm a big, dumb, forgetful animal, and don't always remember what pockets I put things in. I suited up for a cold 1-mile walk—nothing big, but in rocky and dark West Texas terrain, which was unstable in the dark. First, the pack had plenty of strap length to get around me and my layered up self with a winter coat. I cinched it up pretty well. My gun worked out well, too. To keep it from swaying too much, I took two small bungee straps and wrapped them opposite each other around the barrel of my rifle, but it was only precautionary; not entirely necessary, mainly to keep noise down. Overall, I give it a thumbs up and would buy it again. This is great if you are looking for a decent and inexpensive hunting backpack to carry plenty of items, a rifle, and a pistol!

Good quality and good strap placement. The removable aspects of the design are well thought out and make it useful for many different types of hunters. My father has back issues and backpacks hurt his back while hunting. This has a better weight distribution and allows him to more easily carry gear comfortably while hunting.

The main compartment is big enough for some calls or maybe a couple thin sandwiches. I managed to stuff a synthetic shirt in but nothing else. The side pounces are decently sized. The bottle holder comfortably fits a Nalgene or thermos without handle. I got it as a hiking bag and it fits the bill. Durability remains to be seen but the quality seems pretty good.

Beens using this for turkey and deer hunting. I like moving lightweight as I hunt in the TN mountains and this has enough storage for everything I need for a long hike. This is very comfortable and easy to adjust and at this price it's very hard to beat. The gun sling is a bonus but a little difficult for shorter barrel weapons to clip on top by yourself, other than that great product.

Well I was told by the individual that received this as a Christmas gift how well this harness worked out. I was told it was easy to switch out for different hunts and the pouch easily carried either his bow and different firearms with no issues except for 1, he asked me if I can send him the link for this harness so he can get a few more. He told me that he bought a few harnesses for different things he does. So now he doesn't have to change out 1 harness he now has 1 for bow hunts, 1 when he uses his muzzle loader with all he needs for it, 1 for duck and goose hunting and even has 1 for his quail and pheasant hunting. He has about 4 of these vests and I am not sure if he was serious or not but he said he might get another 1. Obviously this gift turned out to be a good thing.

Has the perfect amount of space for my stuff but a few issues are: 1: main strap loosened and fell off. Causing my weapon to fall down to the ground. Other straps loosened as well but didn’t disconnect. 2: if you get the binoculars option it can be a little noisy from where it connects. Makes squeaking sounds but not very loud. Other than that with some modifications it’s a pretty solid bag and lightweight. Just be mindful of gun barrel length short barrels can slide off easily if straps are not adjusted and secured. Rub some oil or something greasy to prevent squeaking sounds and you’re good to go. Easily modifiable and lots of attachment points
