Updated Review User error. There is a charge port for the foil and all you do is tug the bottom of the foil shaver handle to expose the usb-c. Definitely returned 2 ⭐️s. Still works great. A close shave is not subjective - it is or it is not close. I also chose to rate whether or not I got what I paid for. That dropped 3 stars. I’ll update this when we figure out the foil shaver battery. The star of this show is the foil shaver BB-0909. It shaves very nicely and very close. It is sad to say there is no way to charge the battery. Do I just throw it away when the battery dies? Is the packaging missing a special screwdriver to open the unit? I don’t know. Presumably somewhere inside the unit is a 5V battery. The accompanying paperwork shows the BB-0909 and writes about corded operation. There is no USB port in the BB-0909 to accommodate such. I’m not sure how to get to the battery compartment or if the BB-0909 is user serviceable. The paperwork shows a USB port at the end of the foil shaver. There is not one. There is one on the trimmer. In case you’re wondering, the other side of the page pictured is a picture of the trimmer and its operating instructions. As for the performance of the trimmer, it gets 5 stars also. I gave it to my husband and he loves it. The adjustments are smooth and blades are sharp. I can’t tell whether the blades are replaceable. I will say that in the case of both the trimmer and the shaver, the manufacturer recommends oiling the ‘specified areas’ of both. That is typical of units requiring maintenance with an expectation of shelf-life. These are beautiful. It’s clear the manufacturer wanted to take great care to create a product to be proud of. This was close to the total package. Trim then shave close where/when you want. Too bad it didn’t work.

So first off, everything is so nice & very cute design wise. It came in a very pretty organized box. The attachments are great. The actual trimmer & shaver, work great so far. Very easy to use and get a good “lady” shave. The only thing I wish is the foil attachment only had the foil top, not the foil & trimmer Edge on each side of the foil parts. I just feel like the foils would be better without the trimmer edges but it’s not the end of the world. None of the attachment pull any hair, hurt in anyway or effect your skin in a negative way. I have very sensitive skin & my shaving struggles have been ongoing for a majority of my life plus when I was desperately trying to grow my hair long again after this horrible lady said she was going to take less than an inch off my hair for a trim. My hair was past my boobs, very long and she cut my hair so short it didn’t even touch my shoulders anymore. NEVER LET A HAIR DRESSER TURN U AWAY FROM THE MIRROR, EVER, AT ANY TIME. IF U ARE NOT ABLE TO SEE WHAT THEY ARE DOING.. RUN. Trust me. I had to deal with extensions for years. Which I got very good at, people had no idea my hair wasn’t real- they would freak out when i would tell them I have extensions. Anyway because of this tragedy I was doing any & everything I could to try to grow my hair as fast as possible, which I eventually figured out with a number of certain specific vitamins that actually made my hair grow very fast, thicker/fuller, soft & shiny but at the time I didn’t realize all of my hair would be growing faster and thicker not just the hair on my head.. yeah! Anyway I’m constantly shaving and this trimmer kit has been great so far. Thank you!

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THESE! I love everything about both of these units and every attachment that comes with them. Now I know I was using really poor quality clippers beforehand, I just didn't know until I received these. No exaggeration. Would buy again in a heartbeat but have a feeling these will last me quite some time.

Tried to contact seller when first bought. Never got a reply. Used twice. After using it the second time the shaver started going off in the middle of the night. Tried to turn it off by the button but it wouldnt allow me to do so. Finally after minutes it shut off.. next day came home frome work n it was going off again. Again couldnt get it to shut off so had to let it run out of charge. Would not buy again. It was faulty n i new something was wrong when first received. I waited to long to hear back from seller the return window closed. Next time i will return product right away instead of going through a seller.
