Everything about this kit is good with two exceptions: the canvas is folded instead of rolled so you have to iron out the creases, and the reference image is small and not all that helpful. This is a beautiful way to meditate. I have found that painting makes me relax so I thought I would give this a try. It is super fun to do! Challenging but that doesnt take the fun away. The set is just basically the printed canvas with the guidelines, the brushes, the referential image and the paints. Very simple, but it does the job. The only thing I would complaint about is the packaging. It arrives in just a clear plastic bag, I wish it would have a bit more to it so I could give it as a gift. When I ordered this paint bt numbers. I was thinking of the paint by numbers, I did as a kid. This one is on folded Canvas. Is much lager and more detailed. I see it taking a lot of time. The picture is very pretty. The canvas needs ironing before starting and a frame to put it on when finished.

This paint by number on canvas with acrylic paint is definitely for adults. It is very detailed and has very small spaces. It does come with paintbrushes that will work fine, but I recommend getting some better quality very fine detailing paintbrushes separately. I’m new to acrylics on canvas, so I haven’t quite got the blending down yet. But I’ll learn as I go along. It’s still just as relaxing and enjoyable. No doubt if your grand is steady enough you can make a beautiful painting. But wow is this thing tiny. Not the picture itself, that’s very large, but the areas for color are tiny to the point reading the numbered areas are nearly impossible. You must be in a well lit room and have good eyesight to complete this painting. ... show more

I might have bit off more than i can chew with this paint by numbers lol. It will take a while to finish as theres so many numbers and small areas to paint but it definitely helps relieve stress and anxiety for me.
