I used it on my car windshield, and it's great BUT ONLY when you first use it. Once there's morning dew or sprinkling rain, I'm not sure what happens other than a spotty film develops on the glass that my windshield wipers just spreads. I cannot see if the sun or headlights are shining on it. I finally had to use Dawn liquid detergent to clean my windshield. Never had that problem with Rain-X so back to Rain-X I go. Same issue with house windows and glass doors. Just weird.

There was a time in which I probably would have liked this stuff more than I do. However, my situation in life has changed and I no longer have the time that I once did to wash and detail my automobiles like I once did. I got married, had kids.... etc, etc. At one time, I used to regularly wash and detail my car. Now, it's a struggle to find the time to do a quick wash and wax twice a year. My point is, while this base shampoo seems to do what it's supposed to, it just doesn't fit my lifestyle anymore. I don't have time to pre-wash my car and do these sorts of things in stages! This base shampoo is obviously for people who have the time to care for their cars like this. I do not, unfortunately. (Part of me wishes I did, sometimes... but I wouldn't trade my time with my family for anything!) So, just a basic wash soap, and a quick-wax for me!

I always question when they say "use a little" but this glass cleaner delivers. Just a small amount on a micro fiber cloth is all I needed. Some areas I did need to spray direct but even then I didn't use a lot. Well worth the price.
