  • Great camera, if not the best!
This is a very good brand and the cameras (front and back) are great. I don't need the 4K, so this particular model suits my needs and still looks very clear at all times. I just wish that the front camera was a little less bulky but it is not a deal breaker for me. I love the fact that the camera has the SIM Card slot so I can use my T-mobile data plan with it and also share the internet connection via wifi/hotspot for my radio head unit, phone, tablet, etc. CONS: The Blackvue cloud/app only let's you register ONE camera for free and if you have 2 (or more), like me, you will have to pay a monthly fee to be able to get both cameras on the cloud. I decided to keep just one using the cloud and the other one I just use as a regular dash cam to record to the memory card only + the wifi/hostpot feature. They should at least allow you to register to cameras for free I think. This particular camera (DR750X 2CH LTE PLUS) allows you to connect up to 5 devices via this feature, compared to the previous version (DR750 2CH LTE) that only let's you connect one device at a time! UPDATE: the front camera is producing a very annoying high pitch! I’ve read a few similar complains and seems to be a cause of a defective camera. I will return it and get another one and hopefully it will be noise free like my older DR750-2CH LTE. Maybe the DR750X-2CH LTE Plus makes this noise ALWAYS? I hope Not!!!! UPDATE 2: I got another camera from another seller and this one is NOISE FREE! All good. So, I received a deffective one last time. I am happy now that I don't have the annoying high pitch noise. ... show more

  • Supposedly the best, but there are caveats...
Size: 32GB
Super easy to self-install... and there are lots of options... and the picture is fantastic when you can get everything to work. However, and maybe I'm in the small minority, but there are a lot of pet peeves to gripe about. Seems not much thought has been given for convertible owners who need alternative mounting choices for the rear camera. If you just want to set and forget and save for an emergency it's fine, but the literature is vague and confusing and you really have to do your due diligence on best options if you intend to be an active "power user." I find the app extremely clunky and some decisions just don't make sense from a user experience perspective. it's clunky going back and forth between WiFi and the cloud, and activating some of the other features, but I'm sure (I hope) most will become second nature with more use. Customer service is very responsive, but if the technical literature were better, they wouldn't be needed. Also, I think this camera could evolve into a much broader and vital auto accessory with a little thought into additional features. ... show more

  • Great camera and ahead of its time, but didn’t even last two years
Size: 32GB
Camera was great for a little over a year. Over that time, it was a bit finicky, changed cards and whatnot to resolve some issues, no big deal. You need to have some troubleshooting skills to own this thing… cannot just set it and forget it like my rexing v1p that has since been put back into service. Still ahead of the two year mark, my camera is broken and needs to be sent in for service, but this is not warranty service since they only do a year. Camera is sitting in a box still because I don’t want to pay someone to repair this thing that will probably just fail and cause more headaches down the line. Free repair would be great but the service from blackvue is just hot potatoe. “Reach out to the seller to coordinate repair”. If Blackvue fixes my camera, it is worth it, but all signs are trending to not worth it for something that doesn’t even last 2 years ... show more

  • Would have been 5 stars but there are CONS
Size: 32GB
This is my first dashcam and happy for the most part. Unfortunately, there is a major flaw on the system that i expected from a product with such a high price point. The system only allows one device to connect to the hotspot. This is not obviously disclosed in the product description unless you do some research and read the docs thoroughly. So if you're expecting to connect an iPad, iPhone, laptop, android, etc. All the same the same time to use it's data plan, then THIS IS NOT the product for you. It uses WiFi direct standard. It does not act as a router unfortunately. Not sure the reason behind it and not sure if that could be fixed with a firmware update. NOTE: Pair this with RAVPower Filehub, Travel Router N300 (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08229WMSM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). It will expand the capability of sharing the internet access among multiple devices. ... show more

  • Cost adds up
Size: 32GB
I initially bought the blackview dr750 in order to have parking notifications on my phone. However once I received the device, I realized that cost. In addition to the $450 for the camera, web connectivity from att costs $300 a year, then, for the full blackview cloud it's another 120 a year. Not sure it's worth it. Also, the voice prompts are strange and unnecessary. The speaker on the device is very low quality which makes the voice even worse. I ended up returning the device after it stopped sticking to the windscreen. After it fell the first time, it would no longer stock. ... show more

  • This camera should be called - cloud disconnected!
Need concept but not reliable. Cloud disconnects are frequent and our only curable by full restart, something you cannot do if you don't have access to the camera. App is glitchy yep manages to show advertisements every login. Apart from this cloud functionality it's a standard dash cam with so so quality in the neighborhood of $100. Disappointment ... show more

  • Cool design but It's burning ur battery
Size: 32GB
Very cool design, but if you want it to help you protect your car when parking. You may need an extra super capacity Battery. I have 2 BlackVue Power Magic Ultra Batteries (B-124X).But this is simply not enough to support more than 3 hours when LTE mode is running. So my old 900S 2ch power consumption was 1W and this power consumption can go up to 6W ... show more
