Worked great besides sometimes the keyboard would get a mind of its own and I'd have to close apps and reope them which no big deal but then about 4 months go by and I drop it this is the outcome. I was holding it around my waist when it fell and it did fall on tile and I guess just at the perfect angle to crack it. Definitely feels rugged, most of the same features as most androids. Haven't tested facial recognition but there is no fingerprint scanner. Pretty simple to setup but very slow at times. Bought because it was android 12 but with quad-core, doesn't really work as fast as I'd like it to. Not good for gaming really, but ok for watching TV/movies. Some crashed apps, dropped calls and lack of connection, both phone and internet, in certain places. Most of the settings are easy to find but some are in confusing locations and many options aren't available compared to other android brands. Biggest irk so far, besides the slow processing speeds, is it doesn't dim when less than 5% and have it die on me several times. The side button is useful but often accidentally push it even just picking it up.

The phone worked great, just not with my phone service. I have Mint Mobile and after attaching the phone to the service I couldn't use the mobile internet, could only send simple text, and phone calls would end abruptly. Also had issues with apps not allowed to run in background even after setting it to do so. Needed this feature for my job. Other then that it's a great phone.

This phone is very difficult to use is always shutting down. Almost every time I open an app it says system not responding please close. Biggest thing I hate about the phone is you have to swipe to open things and close them and it doesn't want to work right very frustrating sorry for the bad review but I had Kyocera rugged phones before that were great I mean this one still works hadn't quit working yet but it's very difficult to use don't recommend it I wish I could get rid of it.

Update: Seller offered a refund on purchase Phone boots up and then software crashes immediately and reboots the phone, after a couple times of this it wants to reset factory data, which does not help. Cannot use the phone at all, have been trying to get it to work for days, problem has been happening straight out of the box.
