I am definitely not a person who is good at using tools or installing anything that requires hardware. I bought two different curtain rods that were supposed to be super easy to install and then hang curtains on but I tried an electric drill now screw his hammers etc and I just couldn't get the brackets hung up for the rod so my curtains just sat in a corner for months. I came across this option which clearly said no tools required and give clear instructions about how to appropriately Velcro this blackout shade to make it stick.. with just four pieces of Velcro 11 lb are supported so I figured I couldn't go wrong especially because they provided a whole bunch of little velcro pieces. It wasn't so much for the aesthetics rather it was too darken my room and cool it off because I have two windows and they are very long and wide so the room gets hot bright and I like it as dark as possible and cool as possible. So if you're not super concerned with the decorating part of picking out curtains etc and it's more for practical purposes this blackout shade is easy to hang up and definitely helps to make the room cooler and darker. The fact you don't need any tools or screws or nails is icing on the cake

Not the thickest material but works for the cost. Velcro stickers work but could have been stronger adhesive. Won’t last if taking down and putting back on multiple times . I put up a permanent situation.

Easy to cut to fit. Goes up very fast. Velcro is strong. Completely blocks all light. I bought it to help keep my living room cooler in the summer and it is 100% helping. It’s almost 10° cooler now.

These “sheets” are excellent for a temporary fix. I appreciate the level of darkness they create. Reasonable, sticky tabs but they don’t stay on the wall or sheet. I will probably see the sticky tabs to the sheet in order to try and help the stickers stay in place.
