I had a chance to use it for testing purposes, and it seems to work just fine, no complaints about it. This tool is more for road bikes made of aluminum or steel, it should NOT be used on Carbon Fiber parts because those require a torque wrench or you risk damaging the carbon fiber which can lead to a very expensive bike repair or even a catastrophic failure. The bits are made exactly to size so there is no slop or risk of rounding off a bolt. I think it is priced competitively with others, so it's a good value. This particular tool is favorably matched for what tools I use on my bike at home, there are no wasted tools that would add weight and never get used, and the tools can be used on almost everything on my bike. I do bicycle touring, if a spoke breaks on the back wheel, you will need specialty tools to remove the rear sprocket which means weight and space is being used to carry a Cassette or freewheel removal tool Required if the broken spoke is on the drive‑side of the hub. A chain whip to hold the cassette still while loosening the lockring. full size pliers for guiding or pulling spokes through the hub flange plus a couple of spokes. Instead of carrying all of that I instead carry 3 FiberFix spokes, these simply thread into the spoke hole in both the hub and the rim, no special tools needed! They also take up very little space. Watch You Tube videos, so you become familiar on how to use these FiberFix spokes, they're not expensive either. One negative review said it was heavy, what does heavy mean? If the tools were made of aluminum than it would be light, but then the complaint would be they bent or wore out during the first use! Heavy means that the steel used is a higher quality of steel that can take abuse without damage or wearing out. Another complaint was about rust, if you leave it exposed to the elements it could rust like any tool would, if there is a concern about that simply get a rag, put some wax based lube on it (similar or the same as you would use on your chain) and wipe down the tool. So far mine hasn't rusted, but mine is kept inside my saddlebag where moisture won't get to it. If you have to use it in the rain, simply wipe it down before putting it away, or wait till you get someplace to do that and reapply the wax lube. Depending on how far you're riding, in my case I do multi day trips, I carry a rag to wipe down the chain every day, it is stained from doing that, all I would have to do is use that same rag without applying anything to it and wipe down, there's enough residue left on the rag to put a very thin film on the tools. Some complained it was awkward to use, welcome to the world of compact mini multi tools! Because they are built compact so they can fit inside a saddlebag, tools are crammed into a small case, and the tools themselves are smaller than shop tools, but it you use your brain you can manipulate the tools so you can use them. These mini multi tools are not supposed to be a mechanic shop of tools, they're supposed to address the most commonly used tools for use in an emergency. This is not unlike a donut spare in your car, it is not a full-size tire so as to save space and weight, it was built compact to get the job done. Is a donut spare the idea thing to have? No, but it does the job it was intended to do. That is the same principle behind mini multi tools, is it the ideal set of tools? no, but it's lightweight, takes up virtually no space, and it gets the job of doing minor repairs done that was intended to do. The vast majority of repairs done on the road are minor, you can't do major repairs on the side of the road anyway. The tool is made of hardened, chrome‑vanadium (Cr‑V) tool steel for the bits and levers, with stainless steel side plates. The Cr-V can rust if not taken care of like being left out in the elements, but it would only be light surface rust not damaging rust; again, mine has not done that, but that steel is only moderately susceptible to rust. Cr‑V steel is strong and durable, but it’s still a carbon‑based tool steel, that means: It can develop surface rust if exposed to sweat, humidity, or road salt, or ocean water. If it rusts it will usually rust slowly, starting as orange film which can be removed, it will rarely rust deeply unless soaked and ignored for many years. This is the same behavior you see on other such tools.

Well made, has a lot of functions. It is a little big and heavy. I should have done more research prior to purchasing. Nonetheless, if size and weight doesn't concern you, probably a good tool to have.
