The instructions are very detailed. This is a time consuming project but the finished product is very nice. There was a problem with a couple of missing parts, but the company was very responsive and shipped the parts straight away. We are very happy with this product. Recommend you confirm all parts are in the shipment before starting the project. Don't forget to unwrap the pistons to be sure you have two of each type. We would definitely buy another one if the need arose.

The media could not be loaded. We had several challenges related to this item, but ended up satisfied. It is a full-size Murphy bed that folds up well into a “cabinet” and looks great. The main issue we had was that the supports for the bed needed reinforcements. We got an OSB board and attached it. Worked like a charm. Make sure you have at least 2 people for assembly and take it slow. Overall, it fits our needs and looks nice in our guest room.
