I've got a LOT of storage cabinets between my house and my shop so I'm relatively familiar with assembling metal cabinets. We needed to get some boxes off the floor of the shop, so figured we'd give this one a try. I guess the closest brand I can compare this one to is the UltraHD series by Seville. This one actually comes in a bit less expensive than that on average... but I believe it's just a couple inches off the width of the Seville. Having put about 6 of the other brand together, I found this one to be a bit quicker to assemble, with a few less screws involved. That's mostly because this ships in a long box with the sides at full length vs the Seville shipping in a half size box and you basically have to build the walls. Just a heads up... the box this comes in weighs 100lbs. If you can't handle that, be sure to have a friend or dolly around to help out. Couple assembly tricks: 1. See my photo but a little extension on a 10mm socket will help you with the metal corners. The front and back are a bit deep to get your fingers back there to tighten the nut. It's pretty easy to do by hand on the sides but the front and back are recessed enough to make it a challenge. 2. DO tighten the front and back metal corners pieces before you put the back panels on the frame of the cabinet. The back panels cover 2 of the nuts so you won't be able to tighten them once they are in place 3. It's not terribly confusing but you have the option to use the square hole panels as either a pegboard (screw it into the back panels of the storage cabinet) or use them as shelves if you need more shelves 4. The shelves are a little thin to be as unsupported in the middle as they are... if you're putting in heavy things, best to put them on the sides where the brackets can hold them. 5. A 10mm wrench is your friend for the metal corners on the side, little easier than getting a ratchet in there. 6. Some of the screws look like you can drive them with a square drive but for sure you want to use a bigger philps head screwdriver if you're using it. I can't remember if it was a 3 or a 2 but the machine screws are on the bigger side for sure. No drama with the assembly... everything fit nice, snug, and honestly more square than I'd expected. The wheels move freely and it's nice having the lock option on all of them.

What a great idea, add pegboard to your storage unit to add more storage options! This unit includes pegboard and adjustable shelves. And add wheels and you have a very versatile storage unit, doesn’t hurt the floor since the wheels are rubber. It’s even lockable and includes two keys. It’s a heavy duty metal frame and works great for all,our 3D printer supplies.

This has been perfect for my laser engraving workshop. Assembly was pretty easy and all of the hardware was there. It’s tall and has pegs, hooks and shelves. The wheels make it easy to move around and they’re on the bigger side so it feels stable.

This is a good cabinet. On arrival, mine had a few small dents, including one that impacts the door latching, but I assume that is not a regular occurrence and it is still fully functional. Assembly was tedious with black and white diagrams that are sometimes tricky to follow. At moments it didn’t describe what position the cabinet should be in for assembly very well, and it was often tricky to tell which direction things went. That said, for the most part the directions make a good effort until the end when several closing steps are squeezed into the last page. Regardless, with patience they can be effectively assembled. The small components and shelves were very well labeled. I’m pleased with the overall quality. While the front and rear pieces could be more robust, they are sufficient for most uses. I would expect the lock to keep out a motivated thief, but it should deter the average person looking to make a quick grab or snoop. I love the option to use two of the shelves as pegboards, though the holes don’t fit the pegs I currently have, so I will need to get some more that fit. If using those pegboards as shelves, they will have the disadvantage of all the holes. The cabinet rolls very well, though I would note that it can get dangerous on a slope. I assembled it outside my garage and had a moment where it tried to tip over on me. Overall, I’m very happy with this cabinet except for the dent/bend that affects the door. I assume a replacement wouldn’t have that issue, so I would be happy to order this product again.
