Got this today and was surprised how grey it is compared to the photos. The photos make it look black. It is more of a neutral grey. Almost gunmetal grey. It's most definitely not black. Regardless, it seems to be good quality and has a very nice finish and sound deadening material on the exterior walls of the sink. I love my new sink. I read the reviews first and saw that there were some issues with not having the right parts, parts not fitting, etc., but I would be using a professional to install it. I found out that the sink doesn't come with adequate parts if your sink is attached to a disposal, but luckily the plumber had those parts on hand. I found a very reasonable plumber via Thumbtack, so I still ended up paying less than if i had bought something similar from a big box store because I'm not handy, so I would have had it installed regardless. I have an issue with water splashing back on my sink while I’m washing dishes. I got the sink guard to help things stay tidy while I’m washing dishes and cleaning my kitchen. Overall, it gets the job done. It helps reduce the amount of water that’s left behind the sink Spicket while I’m using the sink. The standard black color will match just about any kitchen. Since it’s made of a silicone material, it is easy to clean itself. My only dislike is that it does not have much of a slope to it so some water remains on it and does not drain by itself all the way. ... show more

This is great! I did have to cut a couple rings off (which the instructions tell you to do) so that it would fit around my faucet. I like that it is a snug fit, does not slide, and has little spouts so the water drains out. It is super helpful on keeping my sponges dry. A dry sponge is a happy sponge! This mat is a great idea! It's thick enough to be effective. Unfortunately, it's hard to customize and most sinks will need some kinda of customization - like mine. We also have a filtered water faucet that a mat like this does not accommodate for. So, I improvised by adding my own hole. I did a terrible job lol. It's useable but I expect to have to replace it soon. The good news is that I'll replace with the exact same thing as the product concept is great! Even with my butchered version it's been helpful keeping my counter and backsplash dry. Finally a good place to put my sponge! ... show more
