Kind of tough to get used to the flame height, but have it figured out. Low is better! Cooked the canned cinnamon rolls twice. The second time lower flame and little bit longer time. Turned out great. Made blueberry muffins once and out them in paper cupcake molds. Silicon molds would be better, but they turned out great. ... show more

I love my Omnia oven for baking bread on my boat, and with the rack I can now make biscuits and other foods too! For the biscuits I added parchment paper on top of the rack and they came out great!
