  • Easy to use, clean floors after!
Style: SpinWave, 20393
The short story is it is easy to use and works so well! I would purchase it again without a thought if i needed. Floors look amazing! The long story... I was hesitant to buy this but I really needed to get something. We have a 60 pound lab mix and just got an Irish Setter puppy. Both love going inside and outside all day. Vacuuming our house and using a hand push Bona just became impractical. (Tile downstairs and LVP upstairs, no carpet other than rugs.) I had been willing to pay the almost $1000 price tag on the Dyson Submarine, but the reviews and videos just didn't make me a believer. (We currently have a cord and cordless Dyson so we are already brand supporters). I found that this item and the product description made sense as well as the video and reviews. The packaging was over engineered, no chance the items inside could be damaged unless run over by a bus. Assembly was very easy, it was pretty much already fully put together. I can't say anything about the cleaning samples they sent, I have just been using water or water with a small touch of vinegar, but there were 3 that came with it. But my floors!!! Wow!!! I wet the mop heads before use with water and when I turn this on it simply glides over the tile floors. The amount of fluid you squirt while cleaning will lengthen drying time but my tile dries in about 2-10 minutes. The LVP I am more judicious with the spray so it dries faster, more like 1-2 minutes. The dogs walk around on the floors before the water dries but I never see prints when dry (tile and LVP are a faux wood plank, walnut color.) The mop heads are white when you get them but they certainly won't stay that color. The first use amazed me in how much dirt and dust we had... like ewe^10. After one use and a wash in the washer they were a light gray. After using them weekly for about three months they have settled into a nice medium gray tone after going through the washer. It amazes me how dirty these two dogs and two people can be! But my floors look and feel amazing. I do vacuum the floors first, then use the Bissel. For my downstairs (1000 square feet) I am done in about 30-45 minutes. Upstairs there are more items to move around as well as closets and bathrooms to go in and out of. I would say upstairs (1000 square feet) is more like 45 - 60 minutes. Again, those times include vacuum and mop use as well as dry time.) It comes with two or three sets of mop heads I think, but I bought extra so that I could trade them out as they got dirty and get a couple with more umph at scrubbing if needed. (Have not needed the scrubbers yet.) I use 2-3 sets downstairs since that is higher traffic and can usually get away with just one, sometimes 2, upstairs. They are velcro and I haven't had any issues with them coming off during use so far. The soft side of the velcro is on the mop head so they don't snag on things in the washer. I am 💯 in love with this product. I won't say I look forward to cleaning, but I do love how clean the floors feel to walk on after I am done. My husband is a super fan of the product as well!!! My dogs, the jury is still out with them. Added benefit - our puppy was smart and potty trained pretty easily. But there were accidents for the first few months. We got this item when she was about 2 1/2 months old, but the main room we kept her in had a little urine smell to it. After using this product for a couple weeks the smell was gone completely. ... show more

  • Toss your mop and bucket in the landfill.
Style: SpinWave PET, 20399
I was skeptical with this spin brush vs. regular mopping, but I am 100% convinced now. It works great. Leaves no mess behind, no streaks, no excessive water. You spray and go. The spinning basically walks the device for you. Not hard to operate. I used the recommended cleaner that comes with it, but any cleaner you like will work. Just get your ratio correct in the reservoir to spray out to the floor. Outstanding cleaning ... show more

  • I love it!
Style: SpinWave, 20393
I absolutely love this Spinwave! I received about two weeks ago and my floors have never looked better. It is lightweight and somewhat self-propelled when you’re pushing it forward or rotated to either side, making it easy to use. It’s also very quiet and doesn’t take much storage space. The pads Velcro to the spinners, making them easy to attach and take off - then I throw them in the washing machine and let them air dry. I chose the one with the cord, and it is long enough to do one entire room (kitchen/dining area, my large living room, etc.). I highly recommend this to anyone with hard floors - its versatility is fantastic - it works beautifully on tile and on my hard wood floors. ... show more

  • Makes cleaning your floors easy!
Style: SpinWave, 20393
The only reason this was not 5 stars is because the "mop" heads sometimes goes right over the stain so I have to press down on the machine and they are not bleachable when you wash them so the dirt does not really come off. however the ease of use is what earned the 4 stars. It is easy, it is quick, does a great job for someone who has a hard time due to physical capabilities. I felt it was definitely worth it. ... show more

  • Over the MOON pleased..
Style: SpinWave, 20393
Just received Spinwave yesterday, and I am writing a review today, that is how happy I am with the Bissell Spinwave. Out of the box, the pads were already on it. It comes with 2 sets of the plain pads and 1 set of the scrubber pad. We also received 2 of the trail size wood floor cleaner and one trail size of the floor sanitizer. It doesn't take much to clean. The unit came in 2 pieces but attached. The handle snaps easily into the base and you are ready to go. Instructions were clear and actually self explanatory. After filling the water tank, which is clearly lined marked for water, then adding the cleaner to the appropriate line, which looked about 2 capfuls. insert the water tank on the machine and you are ready to go. I made sure to tighten the cap to prevent any leakage. Another plus is the long cord. Press the start button, reclined the handle and the pads began to spin, pressed the cleaning solution button and started to clean. Extremely easy to move across the floor. The unit itself is light weight. After doing our wood floors, I did the linoleum in the laundry room. Beautiful and easy. The floors look great. Will do our bathroom tile next! This is a wonderful machine to do your floors with, so happy I bought it. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • An excellent mop
Style: SpinWave, 20393
This mop is by far the best cleaning product purchase I have ever made. I struggled with streaks on my floating linoleum floor until I found this mop. Amazingly quiet, easy to use, has lots of power and it works!! I highly recommend this mop.

  • Changed My Life
Style: SpinWave PET, 20399
I've used this mop a few times now and I really like the corded version of this spin mop. That's the biggest plus about this because I don't have to worry about the battery life when comparing to the cordless version. The functionality of it is great and I feel like it's worked better than other mops I've tried in the past. I can appreciate how easy it is to use and the location and size of the tank. For something that is more compact in size, the tanks still offers the ability to clean large areas before having to refill. For reference, I have a 800sqft home and I used the small area fill line and still had cleaning solution leftover. I think it's a worthy investment and it definitely saved me on back fatigue. ... show more
